What do we do when face to face with our betrayer? How do we deal with the death of a relationship? What happens to us and our betrayer after it is all said and done?
I have been a Christian for a little over thirty-five years now. The story of the Crucifixion and the Resurrection are extremely familiar to me. So this year I decided to look at how Christ headed to the cross through His relationship with Judas. Take a different perspective on it and go a bit deeper. We all have betrayers in our lives. The spouse that is unfaithful. The friend that turns on us. The employer who does us wrong. The family member that spews hate instead of love. We know what it is like to trust someone who eventually kills our hearts "with a kiss".
