Falling in Love with Fall

Monday, September 10, 2012

I have a love of everything fallish...it is unfortunate that I live in a climate that has an extremely short span of time for autumn.  So as the days tick by I am counting all the blessings of the season and then some...

{2,742-2,758}

-How Deep the Father's Love for Us  (The song)
-Sharing my testimony of forgiveness and it encouraging others to do the same
-The rustle of leaves
-Cool breezes
-A rainy afternoon
-Fall colors (red, yellow, orange...)
-All things pumpkin
-Watching my son drive
-Apple cider
-Pumpkin chocolate chip muffins

-Goodreads...love that website to keep track of books I want to read
-More time to read now that summer is over
-Chilly nights (that aren't too chilly!!)
-Fall recipes that I am finding on Pinterest
-The joy of gratitude and how it has made me a different person
-Watching gratitude change the life of a friend
-Wearing a light jacket on my walks

So jealous you are already seeing signs of Fall creeping in. I live on the ocean, and we were excited it was 61 when we woke up! Would love to know where you live.

I love fall. Love, love, love it! Can not wait to see it around here. Tomorrow is forecast to be 98... not exactly fall like weather! lol
