It's That Time Again

Time to cook for the freezer! Since October 2008, a friend and I have been doing bulk cooking together.  It started out that we would get together, double and cook several meals and then split them.  Over time the process has evolved.  We no longer get together. We cook our meals separately and exchange them once a month.

This month I am making the following for my family and my friend's family:

Cheese Enchiladas
No recipe here...just jack cheese and onion for the filling.  Corn tortillas and green enchilada sauce.

Sweet and sour sausage over rice-No recipe here either...just sweet and sour sauce with smoked sausage, onion, pineapple, and bell pepper

Breakfast Casserole- I may wing this one, too.  But I have frozen hashbrown, sausage, eggs and cheese to use up.  I am sure I can combine them somehow to make a casserole!

What's cooking at your house?

I've wanted to do that for the last few years. I bet it's more fun with a friend! Maybe I'll give it a try. I appreciate the recipes!
