Mini Freezer Cooking Session I

Thursday, October 7, 2010

If you have read my blog for any amount of time, you know that I bulk cook and freeze my meals.  I normally cook with a friend and we do six recipes and come away with 2 meals for each recipe...so a total of 12 meals.  Below you will find a "mini" bulk cooking session. All you have to do is print out the document.  Check off the ingredients you already have.  Then run to the grocery store to get the rest. Finally, assemble the meals and pop them in the freezer.  You will come away with six meals! So give it a try!  If the response is good for these mini-cooking session instructions, I will do more in the future.

Thanks so much for sharing! We are moving in a couple of weeks so I am clearing out my freezer right now. But I can't wait to get back to my freezer-cooking after the move. These recipes look great!! Thank you for doing all the planning work for us!

I would definitely like to give these a try. It's been a while since I've done concentrated bulk cooking (more than just doubling the recipe and freezing the extra's). With life getting busier and a little more unpredictable, this would be good to get back into! Thanks for sharing.
