February School

Here are the plans for school in February...

Zach is working on WWII. We have touched on the Holocaust, the beginning of the war, the strongmen of that era (Hitler, Mussolini, Franco) and will continue with finishing up the main events of the war. Here are some of the books we will use...This is a great boxed set with replicas of dog tags, ration book, etc. from WWII. Really cool!

For Noah, we will be doing two unit studies on the following Five in a Row books: The Hickory Chair and Cowboy Charlie. We will cover such topics as geography (places in the books), our eyes and how they work, what a biography is, panoramic scenes, generations, and graphing.
