So today is the first check-in for Mega Memory Month. My goal is to finish memorizing Psalms 27 which I have been working on for about two months. It has been slow going that is for sure! At the end of the year I was up to verse 5 or 6. I am currently working on verse 8 right now. So there has been a bit of progress! There are fourteen verses total in the chapter so I still have a ways to go!

Sounds like good progress to me! Thanks for sharing how it's going, and I do hope you find that the Lord opens up your mind to receive His Word.
Have you ever tried the methods that several have found to be helpful? Like the one where you type up the first letter of each word as a cue:

Sometimes a new method can shake up our brains a bit and help things "stick" because it's new. :)
Hiding in the Rock with the absence of fear. This is a wonderful choice and such scripture of assurance that He is our Lord.
