Think on These Things {Uncertainty}

Saturday, March 21, 2020

I feel vulnerable. Don't we all in this time of a pandemic? We haven't lived through something like this before. We don't know what to expect. We can't foresee the future. We don't even know what next week will look like. The Coronavirus has stomped into our lives like some kind of raging giant, and we are scared. How do you go about fighting a giant? But most importantly, how do you go about fighting a giant that's so small you can even see it???

To fight the fear that the Corona giant has brought into our lives, we need something bigger than it is. Peace is a Person. God can be our CERTAIN in uncertain times. We may not know what the future holds, but He's already there working out the details. Nothing surprises Him. He's not caught off guard by what is happening in the world. He's here in our present and in our unknown future.

God's Word is filled with peace...it's overflowing with it. Below you will find thirty verses you can read, copy, study, or meditate on during this very uncertain time. There's a link to the file or you can grab a picture of the file. May He be your peace!

Here's the link to the file!

If you interested in handwriting out the verses see below...

Supplies
There are many ways you can use these verses. You can read and meditate on them. You can write them out as you meditate on them. You can read them and then write about them in a journal or journaling Bible. You could do verse mapping with them (See this post). Here are some of the items I use...

A single column journaling Bible allows you to make notes in the margins.

ESV Single Column Journaling Bible (TruTone, Chestnut, Leaves Design)
ESV Single Column Journaling Bible (Black)
ESV Single Column Journaling Bible (Brown, Flap with Strap)

Some highlighters {These are my absolute favorites!}...

Eco Highlighter Pencils - Set of 5 Colors

Black pens are great for writing out the verses...

Black Ink Pen Set
Black Artist Pen Set

I love these journals that lay flat...easier to write in! They are great for Scripture writing!
Studio Oh! Deconstructed Journals
