Freezer Cooking Gadgets

I am not big on kitchen gadgets.  While I love them, they just take up too much space. (I have a small kitchen.) I try to get by with the bare necessities. My FAVORITE "gadgets" for freezer cooking are these...

Strange, huh? But if there are two things I use EVERY SINGLE time I do freezer meals it is my pack of Sharpies and masking tape.  I use both of them for labeling because who wants to eat a mystery meals a month from now?  The sharpies write well and don't rub off on gallon Ziplocs and the masking tape I use on this  Pyrex Storage 10-Piece Set, Clear with Blue Lids.  I just write on the tape and stick it to the lid.

I also love these... Ball Jar 16-Ounce Plastic Freezer Jars for storing freezer smoothies.

Although I don't personally own one of these Jokari Hands-Free Baggy Rack Storage Bag Holder.  I am thinking that it might be helpful in filling Ziploc bags for the freezer.

And of course, I use the basic kitchen tools: big sauce pots, skillets, a Kitchen Aid, etc. So what gadgets do you use to help you cook and stock your freezer?
