Freezer cooking has saved my life! For over four years now I have been cooking in bulk either on my own or with a friend. Homeschooling and working in the home (I give Spanish lessons to homeschoolers and public school kids.) makes it really hard to get dinner on the table at a decent time. There are a few websites that I go back to time and again for recipes and ideas for freezer cooking. One of those great sites is Jessica's Life as Mom. I have used several of her recipes like lawnmower tacos, scones, and chocolate butterhorns.
