November Bulk Cooking

Wednesday, November 2, 2011

Each month I make seven meals and double them.  I give half of the meals to a friend, and she does the same for me!  This makes meal time so much easier.  I work from home. and at least three days a week I have NO time to cook dinner.  What a blessing to have meals to just warm up!  Here is what I am planning on cooking in bulk this month...

(This is easier than it looks! Awesome recipe!)

Carrot Bisque with Artisan bread
(Honestly, I do this bisque without a recipe.  I cook carrots, potatoes, onion, and some garlic in chicken broth.  Puree the mixture after cooking the veggies.  Add heavy cream, salt and pepper and some white wine.)

What a great idea! I wish I had a local friend to do that with!
