Just as a skilled sailor can use a head wind to carry him forward, by using its impelling power to follow a zigzag course, it is possible for us in our spiritual life, through the victorious grace of God, to turn completely around the things that seem most unfriendly and unfavorable. (See Philippians 1: 12 and 1:19)
The oriental shepherd always walked ahead of his sheep. He was always out in front. Any attack upon the sheep had to take him into account first. Now God is out in front. He is in our tomorrows, and it is tomorrow that fills people with fear. Yet God is already there. All the tomorrows of our life have to pass through Him before they can get to us. --F.B. Meyer
Be still before the Lord and wait patiently for him. Psalm 37:7 Patience eliminates worry. Patience eliminates weeping. Patience eliminates self-works. Patience eliminates all want. Patience eliminates weakness. Patience yields worship.
Are you in difficult circumstances, surrounded by people who do not understand you, never ask your opinion, and always push you aside? "This is my doing." I am the God of circumstances. You did not come to this place by accident--you are exactly where I meant for you to be.
