Fall into His Grace {Count on to Continue on}

Sometimes life is so hard that the only thing you can do is fall into His grace.  Lean on who He is.  Rest on His goodness even when it looks rough.  I normally post my gratitude list on Mondays, but this is one of those weeks where I constantly need to be in search of His grace...so I count on to continue on.  It is the only way to make it through.
