Freezing Apples for Later

Did you know that you can freeze sliced apples to use later in crisps or to make apple sauce?  What an awesome idea!

Each fall I buy 20 pounds of apples at a time from Azure Standard.  Many times I will try to make applesauce or preserve the apples in some other way.  I love the idea of having apples slices ready to go in recipes!  Here are instructions on how to make freezer apples slices.
