This past summer I signed up for a free (yes, free) DVD set from the History Channel. Well, last night I finally had a chance to watch the first episode. It is really well done! I think we are going to add these DVD's into our American history studies next year. What I also like is that there are activity guides for teachers and families for this series. I am thinking I need to look into more History Channel DVD's!
I received this free DVD as well, although I have yet to view it. Glad to hear it is worthwhile! Now I'm looking forward to it.
